Small Business Supper Club: Wellbeing Panel & Lunch for Women in Business

A relaxed wellbeing event for women in business

Hosted by Sarah and Charlotte of The Small Business Supper Club

Over the past few years, The Small Business Supper Club has grown into a supportive and inspiring community of women running and growing their own businesses across Kent. Our events have brought together incredible local entrepreneurs and the feedback and continued support from women returning to our gatherings time and time again has been fantastic.

As our community has grown, so has the desire to share more knowledge, support one another, and create meaningful conversations around the realities of running a small business. This Wellbeing Panel & Lunch has been created as an opportunity to bring our community together in a slightly different way focusing on the wellbeing of the women behind the businesses.

This isn’t a formal lecture or presentation — it’s a collaborative conversation. A chance to share experiences, exchange ideas and learn from one another, because when women in business come together openly, everyone benefits.

Join a supportive community of local female entrepreneurs for a relaxed late morning designed to inspire, inform and recharge.

The event will explore three key areas of wellbeing that are essential for anyone running a small business and are represented by fantastic business women in our community:

• Victoria King of Spring Consultancy - Financial wellness – feeling confident and in control of your finances
• Mel  of Friendly Socials - Social media wellness – creating a healthy relationship with your online presence

• Sarah and Charlotte of The Small Business Supper Club – Founder Wellness - the power of connection and a supportive network as a small business owner
• Virginia Hill - Nutritional wellness – committed to sharing her expertise & empowering individuals and organisations to achieve optimal health through informed food & lifestyle choices.

Together, these conversations aim to provide a valuable wealth of knowledge and practical insight for women navigating the demands of running their own businesses with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and take part in the conversation.
